If you want to experience a unique and hidden destination in Virginia, Triangle is the place to go. It is a small town, located just adjacent to Quantico, that has many wonderful options for homes. There is no downtown, so residents tend to work in Quantico, but the homes are amazing.
It has a festival of spring
If you haven’t already, Triangle Virginia has a festival of spring that’s sure to make your spring break a great one. The Brill Music Festival will take place on the Museum Lawn in Colonial Williamsburg on April 23rd. The festival is free and will include yoga, drumming, and live music.
It has several grocery stores
If you are looking for a grocery store in the Triangle Virginia area, there are a few options to consider. Some of the larger national grocery stores are opening up new locations. For example, Publix is expanding their presence in the Triangle region, opening up two new stores in Cary. In addition, Harris Teeter is expanding its footprint in the Triangle, and Wegmans, a Rochester, N.Y.-based company, is planning to open a store in Cary. However, if that’s the case, a Wegmans store in the Triangle would be 200 miles away.
It has a park
The city of Triangle is located in Prince William County, Virginia. The population was 8,188 at the 2010 census. It borders the town of Quantico to the south and the town of Dumfries to the north. To the east is the Potomac River. The Triangle area contains approximately 2.6 square miles of open space. Most of Triangle’s park land is public, while some is private.
Locust Shade Park is located in Triangle, Virginia. It is a green space that borders Marine Corps Base Quantico and the National Museum of the Marine Corps. The park includes a ‘Challenge Course’ and ‘Ninja Warrior’ course. The park cost $520,000 to purchase, said Brendon Hanafin, Capital Projects Manager of Prince William County.
